We typically ship two or three times per week, depending on the number of processed orders in house. Therefore, any order for an in-stock product will be shipped within two to three business days. Some products are made in batches, and may not be available to ship until the end of the production run. See availability notices on the product pages.

We offer several regular and expedited shipping options from USPS, for both U.S. and international shipments. We also offer DHL Express Worldwide service for great rates on fast, tracked service on international shipments. You may calculate rates for these methods in real-time on this site. Choose according to the pricing, speed and tracking options that you require.

Please be aware that Foxrox has no control over shipments once they enter a carrier's system. Sometimes shipping delays occur, and we appreciate your patience in allowing more time, especially if a late arrival is indicated in the tracking details. We cannot speed up the carrier's process. If the package arrives late and the carrier did not meet the service timeframe that you selected for your order, you can request a refund from the shipping carrier directly. In the event that the shipment appears lost or stolen, contact us at [email protected] and we will help make it right.

International Shipments:  Please be aware that unexpected delays can occur when shipping overseas. By ordering direct from Foxrox Electronics, you agree to wait up to one month for your package to arrive before requesting a refund.

Attention EU Customers! As of July 1, 2021, the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption is removed for importing goods valued under 150 EUR. Shipments of single items on our Accessories page to EU countries now results in import charges, which you must pay, and packages may be held or returned to the U.S. if your consignee ID is not provided to Customs promptly. Foxrox Electronics does not collect VAT on your behalf, nor are these charges included in our prices. To avoid packages being returned to Foxrox, you must pay VAT charges upon receipt in your country. We reserve the right to pass along any charges to you, if you don't take delivery and the shipment is returned at our expense.

Foxrox Electronics does not alter merchandise values on Customs forms, in order to insure the full value of the order and protect our customer’s investment in the event of loss, theft, or damage during international shipment.
