B-stock: This means that the unit is in less-than-perfect condition. There may be minor scratches, paint chips, or anything else that might catch the eye. Nothing major. You might not even be able to detect a flaw without very close inspection. Some B-stock units are brand new, others may be slightly used. In all cases the guts are in perfect condition and warranty applies just like a brand new unit. It's a good way to save some money if you intend to really use a pedal .
