Here at Foxrox a LOT of emails come in and it has become hard
to manage. Junkmail and viruses have become a real pain, and only
make it harder to sift through the real emails that come in. Because
of the high volume of emails sometimes it takes a while to send
a reply. If you need an answer and don't get a quick reply, please
resend your email. Don't worry, I won't be offended. Feel free
to yell at me!
Imagine the episode of "I love Lucy" where she's working the bakery. Think of when the conveyor belt speeds up - that's me at the computer with emails. Short simple emails always get the quickest replies while long ones might take a while.
Suggestions for a quick reply -
1. If you have questions, make a list and you'll get answers to each one.
2. Keep it relatively short and to the point. LONG emails get saved for a rainy day....but they're still a pleasure to read.
3. If you don't hear back, re-send your email. I try to get to each and every one, but sometimes one can fall through the cracks.
You can also post general product questions to me in on-line forums. This gives me a chance to give thoughtful, complete answers in a way that gets the word out to the tons of people who might have the same questions.
